Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice in cold water and drain it well.
2. In a large bowl, mix the rice, parsley, mint, dill, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts, currants, salt, and black pepper.

10. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
11. Remove the plate and let the grape leaves cool for a few minutes before serving.
