- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 2 garlic cloves

- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cold water
