To make Kalbi Noodle Soup, you will need the following ingredients per serving:

- 1 beef short rib
- 1/2 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of sliced onions

- 1/4 cup of sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup of cooked noodles
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste


To start, season the beef short rib with salt and pepper and sear it in a hot pan until browned on both sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
