- 500g lamb or beef, cut into small pieces

- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 garlic head, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 liters water
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro) for garnish


Cooking Tips:

- Use a heavy-bottomed pot to cook the Shurpa.
- Cut the vegetables into similar sizes to ensure even cooking.
- You can use any meat of your choice, but lamb or beef is traditional.

Instructions:
