For the Tzatziki Sauce:

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and pork strips to the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped parsley, chopped mint, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced Kalamata olives. In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
3. In another small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
