- 100g thinly sliced beef sirloin

- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
To start, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, mirin, and minced garlic in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
