- 2 lbs beef brisket

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth


For the Horseradish Slaw:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
For the Tacos:

- 8-10 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
2. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour beef broth over it. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
3. While the brisket is cooking, make the horseradish slaw. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add shredded cabbage and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. When the brisket is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Shred the meat with a fork and set aside.
5. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until they are warm and slightly charred, about 30 seconds per side.
