- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, wheat bran, yeast, honey, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add the warm water to the bowl and stir until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
6. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape each part into a baguette shape.
7. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Use a sharp knife to make diagonal slashes on the top of each baguette.
9. Bake the baguettes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
10. Let the baguettes cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
