Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
