- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, warm milk, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter to the flour mixture. Mix until it forms a smooth dough. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes elastic.
3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
4. In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder, instant coffee, and hot water until it forms a paste. Set it aside.
5. In another bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until it becomes creamy. Add the hazelnuts and the cocoa-coffee paste. Mix until it forms a smooth filling.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape. Spread the filling evenly on top of the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
8. Cut the log in half lengthwise. Twist the two halves together and place it in the greased loaf pan.
