- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking Tips:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, but make sure to slightly undercook them, as they will continue to cook in the oven.
- Thaw the spinach and drain it well to remove any excess water.
- Use a food processor to chop the onion and garlic finely.
Cooking Process:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
