Rye Loaf

- 2 cups rye flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar

7. Bake the loaf for 35-40 minutes until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
8. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
