Instructions:

2. Add the molasses and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a loaf pan.
6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in the greased loaf pan.
7. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top of the loaf (optional).
8. Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
9. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
