12. Fold the whipped cream into the pastry cream until well combined.
13. To assemble the Mille-Feuille, place a rectangle of puff pastry on a plate and spread a layer of pastry cream on top.
14. Repeat the process with another layer of puff pastry and pastry cream.
15. Top the Mille-Feuille with a final layer of puff pastry and dust with powdered sugar.
