- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of cooked jambalaya
- 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of cooked shrimp
- Soy sauce and wasabi for serving

Cooking Tips:

- Use a sushi mat to roll the sushi rolls tightly.
- Wet your hands with water before handling the sushi rice to prevent it from sticking.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi rolls into even pieces.
Cooking Process:

1. Rinse the sushi rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain the rice and place it in a pot with 2 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Cook the rice for 18-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, or until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture over the cooked rice and stir to combine.
3. Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top. Arrange the jambalaya, bell peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, and shrimp in a line down the center of the rice.
4. Use the sushi mat to roll the sushi tightly, starting at the bottom and rolling towards the top. Wet the border of the nori with water to seal the roll.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sushi rolls.
6. Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi rolls into even pieces. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
