Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

Cinnamon Raisin Bagels are a delicious breakfast treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full all morning long. These bagels are made with a combination of cinnamon and raisins, giving them a sweet and spicy flavor that is perfect for any time of day.

To make these bagels, you will need the following ingredients:

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

To start, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then add the raisins and cinnamon and knead for another 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Use your finger to poke a hole in the center of each ball and stretch the hole until it is about 2 inches in diameter. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
While the bagels are rising, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and carefully drop the bagels into the water, one at a time. Boil the bagels for about 1 minute on each side, then remove them from the water and place them back on the baking sheet.
Bake the bagels for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
These Cinnamon Raisin Bagels are a perfect combination of sweet and spicy flavors. They are soft and chewy on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside. Serve them warm with a smear of cream cheese for a delicious breakfast or snack.
