Barley and Roasted Cauliflower Stuffed Ghapama with Tahini Sauce is a delicious Armenian dish that is perfect for any occasion. This dish is a combination of tender barley, roasted cauliflower, and a creamy tahini sauce, all stuffed inside a soft and fluffy bread called Ghapama.

- 4 Ghapama breads


To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked barley, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Set aside.
