Vietnamese Spring Rolls

- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup cooked shrimp, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce


Cooking tips:

- Make sure to have all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before you start rolling.
- Dip the rice paper wrappers in warm water for a few seconds to soften them before rolling.

Instructions:
