Velvety Creme Brulee

Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Cooking Process:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

10. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each Creme Brulee and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until it is golden brown.
