Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar for the crust. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Gradually add the ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape them into disks. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. In another mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sliced pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt for the filling. Mix well.
