5. Add the chili bean paste, soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
6. Add the tofu and stir-fry gently for 2-3 minutes.
7. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together and add it to the wok or skillet.
8. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu.
9. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
