- 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into strips
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Process:

5. To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla on a plate. Add some salmon strips, shrimp, bell pepper slices, and scallions on top. Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce. Roll up the tortilla tightly and cut in half.
6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
