To make the dough, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
