Spicy Stir-Fried Octopus

- 150g of octopus, cleaned and sliced

- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

To start, heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion, red and green bell peppers, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Next, add the sliced octopus to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the octopus is cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Pour the sauce over the octopus and vegetables and stir-fry for another minute until everything is well coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
