- Use a non-stick pan to cook the jiaozi to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.
- To prevent the jiaozi from sticking together, make sure to space them out on the steamer basket.
Cooking Process:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, kimchi, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
2. Take a jiaozi wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center.
3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
4. Repeat until all the filling is used up.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
6. Place the jiaozi in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
7. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid.
8. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the jiaozi are cooked through and the water has evaporated.
9. Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
