Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
2. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
5. Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the lamb mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle and seal the edges with water.
6. Repeat with the remaining samosa wrappers and lamb mixture.
