- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package jiaozi wrappers (about 30)

Cooking Tips:

- Make sure to finely chop the smoked salmon to ensure it blends well with the other ingredients.
- Use fresh dill for the best flavor.
- Don't overfill the jiaozi wrappers - a tablespoon of filling is plenty.
Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the smoked salmon, dill, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper.
2. To assemble the jiaozi, place a tablespoon of filling in the center of a wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold in half and pinch the edges together to seal.
3. Heat a large pot of water to boiling. Add the jiaozi and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
4. Serve the jiaozi hot, with soy sauce for dipping.
