To make Sesame-Coated Shrimp Dumplings, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers

To start, mix together the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and scallions in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the rice vinegar and honey to create a dipping sauce.
Next, take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and shrimp mixture.
Once all of the dumplings are assembled, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sesame seeds to the skillet and toast them for a few minutes until they are golden brown. Remove the sesame seeds from the skillet and set them aside.
Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and place the dumplings in the skillet. Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
To serve, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the dumplings and serve with the dipping sauce.

The sesame seeds add a nutty crunch to the dish, while the shrimp provides a sweet and savory taste. This dish is a must-try for any seafood lover.
