- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Shredded coconut and pineapple chunks for garnish

Cooking Tips:

- Be sure to use a non-stick flan pan or a baking dish that has been greased with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- To prevent the flan from cracking, be sure to let it cool completely before removing it from the pan.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk instead of light coconut milk.
Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has turned a golden brown color.
3. Pour the caramelized sugar into the bottom of your flan pan or baking dish, tilting it to coat the bottom evenly.
4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, pineapple juice, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the flan pan or baking dish, on top of the caramelized sugar.
6. Place the flan pan or baking dish into a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan pan or baking dish.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the flan is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Once the flan has cooled, run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen it.
10. Invert the flan onto a serving platter, garnish with shredded coconut and pineapple chunks, and serve chilled.
