Mixed Vegetable Knish

Ingredients:

To make the dough, mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the vegetable oil and mix until the mixture is crumbly. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
