Mexican Style Lasagna

- 1 package (8 ounces) lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, green chilies, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
