Ingredients (per serving):
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Tips:
- Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar on top of the custard.
- Make sure to strain the custard mixture before pouring it into the ramekins to remove any lumps.

Cooking Process:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
