Mango Flan
Mango Flan Recipe: A Delicious and Creamy Dessert

Ingredients (serves 6):
For the Flan:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
For the Mango Puree:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
3. In a saucepan, combine the chopped mangoes, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the mangoes are soft and the sugar has dissolved.
4. Puree the mango mixture in a blender until smooth.
5. Pour the mango puree into the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish.
6. Pour the flan mixture on top of the mango puree.
7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in a larger baking dish. Fill the larger baking dish with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the smaller dish.
8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the flan is set.
9. Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
10. Once cooled, refrigerate the flan for at least 2 hours or overnight.
11. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan and invert it onto a serving plate.
