Lebanese Falafel

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of dried chickpeas

6. Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
7. Drain the falafel on paper towels and serve hot with pita bread, hummus, and tahini sauce.
