Khinkali Recipe: A Delicious Georgian Dumpling

2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, onion, parsley, cilantro, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle.
4. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching the top together to create a small knob. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed in the dough.
5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop the khinkali into the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
6. Remove the khinkali from the water using a slotted spoon and serve hot with a side of sour cream or tomato sauce.
