To make this delicious dish, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 lb. Kalbi beef, thinly sliced
- 1 package of spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying

To start, marinate the Kalbi beef in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together the rice vinegar and cornstarch to make a slurry. Set aside.
Next, prepare the spring roll wrappers by soaking them in warm water for about 10 seconds until they become pliable. Lay the wrapper flat on a clean surface and add a small amount of each of the shredded carrots, lettuce, bean sprouts, cilantro, and green onions. Top with a few slices of the marinated Kalbi beef.
Fold the sides of the wrapper in towards the center and then roll tightly from the bottom up. Use the cornstarch slurry to seal the edges of the wrapper. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used up.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the spring rolls and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve the Kalbi Spring Roll Delight with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy the delicious combination of flavors and textures. This dish is perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress your guests.
