To make Joyful Truffles, you will need the following ingredients per serving:
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
To begin, mix together the peanut butter and crushed pretzels in a small bowl until well combined. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
