- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb, red onion, red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
3. Thread the lamb and vegetables onto skewers.
4. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
