- 1 carrot, grated

- 8-10 spring roll wrappers
Cooking Tips:
- Use a non-stick pan to cook the pork mince.
- Make sure the vegetables are finely chopped or grated to ensure even cooking.
- Do not overfill the spring roll wrappers, as this can cause them to burst during cooking.
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the pork mince, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornflour, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the grated carrot, red pepper, and green pepper to the pork mixture and mix well.
3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center.
4. Fold the wrapper over the filling, tucking in the sides as you go, and roll up tightly.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
6. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
7. Add the pork parcels to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
