To start, marinate the meat with ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat some oil and add the marinated meat. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
