- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions:

6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
8. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top of each truffle and chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
