Cream Cheese Flan is a mouth-watering dessert that is perfect for any occasion. This dessert is a combination of creamy and sweet flavors that will leave you wanting more. In this recipe, we will show you how to make this delicious dessert step-by-step.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Tips:

- Use room temperature cream cheese to ensure a smooth texture.
- Make sure to whisk the eggs well to avoid lumps in the mixture.
- Use a water bath to prevent the flan from cracking.
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and turns into a golden brown caramel.
3. Pour the caramel into a 9-inch round baking dish, tilting the dish to coat the bottom and sides evenly. Set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
6. Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan and fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan dish.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the flan is set. To check if it's done, insert a toothpick in the center of the flan. If it comes out clean, it's done.
8. Remove the flan from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
10. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan to loosen it. Invert the flan onto a serving plate, allowing the caramel to drizzle over the top.
Appearance and Taste:
Cream Cheese Flan is a creamy and smooth dessert with a caramelized top. The texture is silky and the taste is sweet with a hint of tanginess from the cream cheese. The caramel adds a rich and decadent flavor to the dessert.
