Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the almond flour and powdered sugar. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they become frothy. Add in the granulated sugar, cream of tartar, and salt. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
4. Add the coconut extract and green food coloring to the egg white mixture. Mix until well combined.
