Classic Shanghai Dumplings

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground pork

2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pressing the edges together to seal the dumpling. Repeat until all the filling is used up.
3. In a steamer basket, place the dumplings in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrapper is translucent.
4. Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
