Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the chilled butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Add the egg yolk and ice water, and mix until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, making sure to press it up the sides as well.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, flour, and eggs until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
6. Let the tart cool completely before slicing and serving.
