Ingredients:

For the Flan:

- 6 large eggs
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup of sugar

For the Caramel:

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water for the caramel. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and turns into a golden brown color.
3. Pour the caramel into a 9-inch baking dish and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the dish.
4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish with the caramel.
6. Place the baking dish into a larger baking pan and fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the flan is set.
8. Remove the baking dish from the water bath and let it cool to room temperature.
9. Once cooled, refrigerate the flan for at least 2 hours or overnight.
10. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan and invert it onto a serving plate.
