Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

To make the crust, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
