4. Using a spoon or your hands, form the chickpea mixture into small patties and place them in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
