- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup of char siu pork, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying


Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the diced char siu pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped scallions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
2. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wrapper, leaving a 1-inch border on each side.
3. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with the beaten egg.
4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
5. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the spring rolls to the pan, frying them until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the spring rolls from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
7. Serve the Char Siu Spring Rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
