Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked lentils, cooked rice, parsley, mint, dill, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rinse the grape leaves under cold water and pat them dry.
4. Place a grape leaf on a flat surface, shiny side down. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the beef and lentil mixture onto the center of the leaf.
5. Fold the bottom of the leaf up over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll the leaf up tightly.
